The light and airy first floor sitting room has two comfy and cosy sofas with lots of cushions and merino wool throws for you to snuggle into. (Both of the sofas convert to beds, one a very comfortable 5ft double bed and the other a single bed both with proper mattresses.  When four people are staying this room then becomes the second bedroom and the Family Room downstairs is then included to provide you with a lovely light and spacious living room with another table and four chairs a huge 4 seater sofa, armchairs, beanbags, 50" TV,  surround sound, Sky, Netflix etc..  And with another single bed downstairs and a separate cloakroom this gives you lots of flexibility for family living space - see Family Room description for more detail).

The view from the balcony across open countryside is breathtaking and reason enough to come and stay. You can look forward to sitting outside and soaking up the vista while enjoying a chilled glass of wine, a morning coffee or something delicious you’ve just prepared in the well-equipped kitchen.

If the weather isn’t nice enough to sit outside, there’s a dining table to sit around inside, so plenty of room for you to enjoy eating at home if you don’t feel like venturing out, or somewhere peaceful to work or even write your next novel!

There is a 42” flat screen TV with Freesat and Netflix with countless options for you to watch and enjoy. Unusually for many rural idylls, there is free superfast broadband giving you wifi up to 40 MEG so you can surf the internet to your heart’s content.

Please note the whole property is a no smoking zone. It is a wooden building so please respect this rule.
